14.11.2022- first meeting.
Hello, my name is... this is not really important. What is important is that I am a student of a higher professional school, the field of design and packaging design. Just like every student at the school, I had a period of mandatory practice. The plan was clear to me, to find a practice somewhere in Prague, but after calculating the ticket price, I gave up. For me, as a student, it was a fortune. OK, back to the ground, something closer to my house.
I found a Czech advertisement. Well, I'll send an email, either write it off or not write it down. I was looking forward to a light survey of this company. I have to know what they are doing, especially what people are doing.
It was D-Day Interview day.
When I told my loved ones where I was going to interview, I heard a lot of information about those people sitting in the chair. The first thoughts were about how these people would be. Bugged bosses in designer clothes. I am wrong and sorry for my thoughts.
On the day of the interview, I went prepared to say that it would be unpleasant. I am a student who has never been in production. I don’t know what that means, but I have knowledge from school.
I went into the company and immediately into the office. Bum, my idea of bugged bosses was gone. The man sitting at the head of the table lifted himself from his chair and handed me his hand. I quickly looked at him and found that he had no designer trousers or t-shirt, but that he had only ordinary sweatpants and some sort of t-shirt. During the interview, I found out that they are quite normal people who love their job, live for it and understand it very well. I was slightly scared that they had a greater awareness of things that I had no idea existed.
The interview went very well, they took me, I guess I was interested in my knowledge from school. Probably not, but only in the next loop.
